CLEANING AND MANTENANCE STATELINK’s main contracts are associated with the cleaning and maintenance of shopping centres, offices and buildings in general. Contracts encompass the cleaning of the interior, exterior and surrounding car parks of the buildings. We supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to effectively carry out the work to the complete satisfaction of the client. These services include, but are not limited to:

Strip and Seal Spot clean painted wall surfaces Empty, clean & reline bins Spot clean and polish- mirrors, handrails, glass panelling etc Removal of graffiti Removal of cobwebs Wipe clean centre signage Grass & garden maintenance Wipe down furniture, fixtures & fittings Buff & Polish Wash floors with auto scrubber Disinfect seats, lids & urinals Wipe clean public telephones with antiseptic solution Full cleaning of entrance doors Damp clean and disinfect toilet floors Replenish toilets paper, liquid soap and hand towels Water Pressure
